Your Data Rights

We do not knowingly sell personal information we collect from you, consistent with the definition of "sell" in the CCPA, and treat personal information we collect from you as the subject of a request not to sell. There is not yet agreement on whether third-party cookies and tracking devices associated with our websites and mobile applications may constitute a "sale" of your PI under the CCPA. You can exercise control over browser-based cookies by adjusting your browser settings.
Our Privacy Policy lists cookies and gives you access to their privacy information and, if available, opt-out programs. In addition, you can learn more about your choices regarding certain types of online interest-based advertising from the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Network Advertising Initiative. We make no representation that these tools, programs or third-party statements are complete or accurate.

Some browsers have signals that may be referred to as "Do-Not-Track" signals, but we do not anticipate that they will function in this manner or display a "Do-Not-Sell" statement from you, so we do not currently recognize them as "Do-Not-Sell" requests. We are aware that various parties develop "do-not-sell" browser signals, and we may recognize certain such signals if we conclude that such a signal is sufficient.
